What if a lead hangs up or doesn't answer?

Not a problem. You'll still get your normal notification that the lead came in, plus the notification from Nautilus Pilot. So just call them back like you normally would. We have found most leads will answer a call from a local number right after submitting a form request.

Will my customers know it is AI?

We purposely don't try to hide that it is AI, and we don't try to fool people into thinking they are talking to a human. AI has come a long way, but it's not there yet, and trying too hard opens up problems.
We take an approach that maximizes what AI is good at, while not making it problematic. It confirms the info for the lead, attempts to live transfer to a human for confirmation and scheduling, and logs all the call info for you, including a transcript of the conversation for reference.

What happens after hours?

This is one of our safeguards. If someone is scrolling late at night and fills out a form at midnight, Nautilus Pilot holds that lead info and calls them in the morning. Business hours is customizable so you call your leads back when it's best for them and your business.

What safeguards do you have?

After hours callback is one.
The system has >99% uptime, but in the rare case of failure, and a lead calls back, it will simply go to a normal voicemail that is logged as usual.

Spam protection is built in so Nautilus Pilot won't be calling obvious spam or marketing form fills. But it still logs the info for human confirmation. No lead will ever be lost.
The system is trained to recognize frustration or confusion and transfer to a human.
The system will attempt live transfer, and if no human picks up, it will log the info and notify the lead of a callback but will not promise a specific callback time, avoiding overpromising to leads.

Will I need a new phone number or CRM?

Definitely not! Nautilus Pilot is designed to be seamless to setup and run.
We simply provide a new email for you to add to your current form fill notification system. Plus a new phone number that Nautilus Pilot will call the lead from, and call you from. The same single number. You just save it to your contacts so you know every time when the system is calling you with a hot lead on the line.
You will also get an email and/or text and/or push notification to your phone for every lead. We use Trello to store the lead info so it is completely stable, easy to use, and free to download.
